Secret CIA Agent Valerie Plame exposed by President Bush administration
in the United States and Government Scientist and nuclear inspector Dr.
David Kelly for Prime Minister Blair, allegedly committed suicide
- both Plame
and Kelly were two key people who held proof that there was not a nuclear threat by Saddam Hussein.

Kelly and Plame had evidence that the Bush/Blair war in Iraq was a fabrication.  New evidence suggests
Kelly might not have been a case of suicide but murder.

Many will remember the supposed coincidence which took place during the run up to the
fabricated war in Iraq when the secret CIA under-cover agent Valerie Plame was exposed to shut
up her husband Joe Wilson who had discovered the lies being told about Saddam Hussein.
Many in the United States seemed not to notice that in UK where Prime minister Blair's
government was backing the same Bush now assumed fabrication, a leading nuclear scientist
within the MoD who also had discovered the lies of both governments was suddenly found to
have allegedly committed suicide.  Two extraordinary developments associated with the exact
same key fact that could have jeopardised Bush & Blairs by now committed plans to go to war.
Could this possibly be just coincidence? Many are convinced not and in UK after several
inquiries into Dr. Kelly's death comes new information which looks suspiciously like the scientist
was murdered. History is still being written on this murky war  and the key political powers that
created it and its again just taken another ugly turn.  We can only move forward morally on the
high ground when we know the truth and can learn by it

Subject: fingerprint puzzle in Kelly death
Posted March 25, 2011

A FULL inquest into the death of weapons inspector David Kelly
was called for last night after it emerged his fingerprints
were not on items found by his body.
An inquest was opened days after Dr  Kelly’s body was found in
woods near his Oxfordshire home in July 2003. But, unusually,
it was never completed.

Although the Hutton Inquiry investigated events leading up to
the Government scientist’s death, campaigners argue it was
“insufficient” as a replacement for an inquest.
The fresh information, which has been presented to the
Attorney General Dominic Grieve, shows that no fingerprints
were recovered from the knife which Dr Kelly  allegedly used
to slit his wrist and a pack of pills which he apparently
took. Nor were they found on a mobile phone, watch and water
bottle near his body.
It appears to strengthen the case for a full inquest into the
death of the former weapons inspector. The claim comes in a
new dossier of evidence handed to Mr Grieve on Monday by a
group of doctors who are petitioning him to reopen inquiries
into Dr Kelly’s death.
Mr Grieve is expected to announce in weeks if he will request
the High Court to order a coroner’s inquest.
The new dossier, submitted after the Attorney General
requested further information about Dr Kelly’s case,
highlights documents released by police in January.
The lack of fingerprint evidence was not considered by the
Hutton Inquiry, which concluded that Dr Kelly committed
suicide amid the row over his role in critical reports about
the Government’s case for the war in Iraq.
The doctors wrote: “It is submitted that to properly
investigate the circumstances of Dr Kelly’s death, any coroner
would be obliged to make enquiries as to why there were no
fingerprints found, including seeking evidence on whether any
tests were carried out to establish if anything had been used
to attempt to erase fingerprint evidence.”
The new dossier supplements the doctors’ formal legal
petition in September, and raises questions about apparent
discrepancies between witness accounts of the state of Dr
Kelly’s body.
There are also issues surrounding his clothing and position of
his body with reports he was found wearing only a cotton shirt
and jeans, rather than the green Barbour jacket mentioned at
the inquiry.
The doctors suggest it could have an impact on when he died.
The two people who found him said that he was sitting against
a tree, while pathologist Nicholas Hunt described him as lying
several feet in front. Other witnesses did not corroborate Dr
Hunt’s report that there was a “pool of blood” extending two
to three feet from Dr Kelly’s left arm.
The new document also questions why Lord Hutton – who devoted
only half a day of his 24-day inquiry to medical information –
took no evidence from vascular surgeons or other clinicians on
whether death was caused by loss of blood.
The doctors wrote: “Were there to be an inquest into Dr
Kelly’s death, there is a possibility that the verdict would
not be suicide.”

This critical evidence was never submitted to the inquiry - Why?

The development is doubly significant because police have already said the knife which Dr Kelly is said to
have used to cut his wrist did not have fingerprints on – nor did an open bottle of water found beside his
body.
The lack of fingerprints on these items is particularly difficult to explain given that Dr Kelly was not wearing
gloves when his body was recovered on July 18, 2003. No gloves were found at the scene.

Dr Kelly is said to have killed himself after being named as the prime source of a BBC report accusing
Tony Blair’s government of lying to take Britain into war.

Uniquely, for an unexpected death such as his, no coroner’s inquest has ever been held.

The idea that Dr Kelly took pills of any description has long been contested by those who knew him.
Mai Pederson, a U.S. military official who worked with Dr Kelly in Iraq in the 1990s, has told the Mail he
suffered from ‘unexplained dysphagia’ – a syndrome that can make it almost impossible to swallow pills.
Friends have confirmed this.

Police have also revealed the half litre bottle of water found next to Dr Kelly’s body had 111ml of water left
in it, triggering questions about the likelihood that he could have swallowed 29 pills with the aid of 389ml
of water – about half a pint.

Documents released under the Freedom of Information Act show that the third co-proxamol blister pack
was not subjected to a fingerprint search but was ‘reserved for DNA’ with a ‘full profile of Dr Kelly obtained’.
But this unspecified DNA evidence – which could for example be blood or sweat – does not explain the
lack of prints on the first two packs.

Fingerprint expert Peter Swann, said: ‘Fingerprint testing is a complex area. It is surprising no prints were
found on any of these items.

‘It is possible there were no prints but it would be advisable to have the exhibits re-examined by an
independent expert.’

It is not known if any of the exhibits have been destroyed. None of the exhibits was presented as evidence
to the Hutton Inquiry.

Attorney General Dominic Grieve is currently considering whether there is sufficient new evidence to
apply to the High Court for an inquest into Dr Kelly’s death.

Dr Michael Powers QC, who represents a group of doctors campaigning for an inquest, said: ‘The fact no
fingerprints were recovered is odd to say the least.’

NOTE: None of the exhibits - the water bottle nor the pill packets - was presented as evidence to the
inquiry headed by Lord Hutton, pictured
