On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA
Journal Vol. XIV No. 1. This is a report of a presentation given to the NSA by Dr. Howard
Campaigne regarding the decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received
“form outer space”. Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik
satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.
On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA

At some time, unspecified in the document, Dr. Howard Campaigne and some other NSA
super mathematicians in the crypto department had been given the task of decoding the
messages. There were a total of 29 messages to be decoded—quite an undertaking.
It is curious, to say the least, that this document was cleared for release on October 21,
2004. Why was that? Because the NSA did not release it into public information until April
21, 2011. Though cleared for release, the NSA had been stonewalling it along with
hundreds of other NSA documents about contact with UFOs and extraterrestrials until they
lost the lawsuit brought by Peter Gersten, a lawyer from Arizona. When they well and truly
lost, the judge’s order had to be carried out, and the documents had to be released.

The document, as I stated, is Dr. Campaigne’s presentation to the NSA on the decoding of
those messages. It was actually published by the NSA in their own internal NSA Journal.
Yet, they were also forced to publish a list of search terms from FOIA requests for which
they had found no NSA documents. In that list is “Extraterrestrial Signals”. The title of this
document, which they published themselves is “Key To Extraterrestrial Messages”.
Quite obviously, they conveniently split hairs here in reporting they had no information
about “Extraterrestrial Signals”. They knew for sure they had this document, and that it
was about what was being requested in the FOIA request. They knew it, flaunted the
technicality of wording, and continued to stonewall.
Who is Dr. Howard Campaigne?
Dr. Campaigne is one of the top cryptologists on the planet with years and years of service
to Naval Security Group, Army Security Agency, National Security Agency, and a couple of
other such alphabet organizations.
Howard H. Campaigne started his crypto career for the government during World War II
and has been a key and integral part of our U.S. security and intelligence ever since. In
other words, he is part of a very small, very select group who are considered the cream of
the crop in Cryptology.
Dr. Campaigne’s presentation to the NSA on decoding the extraterrestrial messages was
not a hypothetical exercise. I contacted someone who is formerly associated with the NSA
and still has TS clearance, and asked him to view the document. I asked him to give me his
take on it. There was no question about its authenticity since it was published in the NSA
Journal, and was released by the NSA on their web site. What I wanted to know was
whether this document had any particular impact or importance (other than its startling
revelations) for someone familiar with the inner workings of the NSA. It did.
My contact told me that he was blown away by the wording of the document. He said that
NSA communications are filled with words like “possibly” , “allegedly”, and “thought to be”.
He said, “This document has none of the normal NSA disclaimer words in it. They just
come out and say ‘we received messages from outer space’ and this is the way to decode
those messages.”
I asked, “What does that mean to you?”
His reply was instant.
“Disclosure, pure and simple. They aren’t making any fanfare about it, but there it is. They
have just made open disclosure.”
But what do the messages say?
Dr. Campaigne focused on a set of information in a couple of the messages that turn out to
be some mathematical equations. They also contain the listing of all the elements in our
Periodic Table. I suppose those equations may make some sense to a physicist or
engineer, but do not mean anything to me. I clearly understand how Dr. Campaigne came
to the translation since he explains it very well. But, as to what the meaning of the
equations are, I could not venture a guess.
It is curious, though, that during his presentation Dr. Campaigne mentions there are
“words” that they have translated, and some “words” they have not yet begun to
understand. He gives an example of a connective word that he knows is connective
(joining two or more statements) but does not yet understand the translation of that word.
Debunkers are scared as hell of the release of this information as it proves beyond any
doubt that they are, and always have been, dead wrong. Their careers as debunkers are
finished in light of the revelation of this material. They are already using the only possible
“tool” left to them by saying, “That’s old information. It’s been out there for years.”
As usual, they are either just uninformed, or outright lying. It is true the document was
cleared for release on October 21, 2004. It is true that date is from “years”. But it is also
true that it WAS NOT released until April 21, 2011.

Researching this development for my show, I have found a great deal of other information
that constitutes what most people would call open disclosure.
This is truly blockbuster information. No one from the government has stepped in front of
the cameras and come clean about ET reality as yet. But, here we have the most secret
intelligence organization in the U.S.A. , the National Security Agency, disclosing openly that
there has been contact with intelligent extraterrestrials. Not only that, we have decoded
their messages.

In what will likely become fodder for conspiracy theorists, Australia's military has
mysteriously lost its "X-Files," a host of records which detail sightings of unidentified flying
objects (UFOs), the Sydney Morning Herald is reporting.
The nation's Department of Defense made the revelation after a two-month search in
response to a newspaper's Freedom of Information (FOI) request proved fruitless, and
officials were unable to locate the files. "The files could not be located and Headquarters
Air Command formally advised that this file is deemed lost," the department's FOI
assistant director, Natalie Carpenter, is quoted as saying.
As Reuters is reporting, the department had been able to locate was a folder called:
"Report on UFOs/Strange Occurrences and Phenomena in Woomera," a military
weapons testing range in the centre of Australia's vast outback. The single remaining file
detailed a sketchy series of sightings from around the country and overseas, including
people living in towns near Woomera, in South Australia state.
UFO study officials said questions needed to be asked about the country's decision to
destroy the files. “It would be interesting to know if they have throw anything else out,"
Doug Moffatt, spokesman for UFO Research New South Wales, is quoted by the
Telegraph as saying. "If not, it starts looking dodgy.” Considered by many in the field to
be Australia's leading UFO researcher, Bill Chalker also expressed his dismay and
claimed to have accessed the archives just a few months ago. "Some of those UFO
documents would still be classified, and would not be available for viewing,'' he told the
Sydney Morning Herald. ''But the Department of Defence would have surely found the
hundreds of other files if they just headed down to National Archives and looked.''
Meanwhile, according to GlobalPost, Australia’s military said it stopped taking reports of
UFO sightings in late 2000, and began referring such claims to the police.

For more than 60 years, innumerable well-documented reports have been made of sightings, landings
and crashes of unidentified flying craft, commonly referred to as unidentified flying objects (UFOs). They
undoubtedly are under intelligent control and travel at speeds and with aeronautical capabilities far
exceeding those of todays known military and commercial aircraft. Testimony of reliable witnesses,
including astronauts, generals, admirals, law enforcement officials, airline pilots, scientists and many
other highly credentialed officials attests to the physical reality and uniqueness of these craft. Additionally,
there is evidence some craft have been retrieved by military personnel of the United States and other
countries. Furthermore, research has verified that several witnesses have viewed and handled the
bodies of visitors that can only be described as extraterrestrial in nature.
In 1999, an outstanding document titled “UFOs and Defence: What Must We Be Prepared For?” was
published by an independent group of former “auditors” of the French Institute for National Defence and
experts from several other scientific fields. Known as the COMETA report, the study included the
examination of some 500 international UFO sightings, including radar/visual cases and previously
undisclosed reports of commercial and military pilots. It also drew on data from official sources,
government authorities and air forces of other countries. The report further explored the political and
religious implications of UFOs, as well as the problem of disinformation, ridicule and manipulation

(The above) Goes well with Nick Pope’s astounding admission that he participated in
what amounts to treason against the British people. It makes me bloody angry that the
government thinks a single word (Sorry) and no accountability wipes the slate of
deception and lies clean.
They had a policy of making good genuine people look insane and engineered the
media away from doing its job, not that that is too hard to do as we know. Someone
should pay for this, there has to be accountability in a society built upon trust and
democracy. You cant allow hidden undeclared agendas to run a mock or de-rail
advancing human consciousness like this. No bloody wonder we are now seeing
humanity put through the hall of mirrors as a result of a culture of spin and dirty tricks.
Government stinks and it long ago forgot who employs it and for what purpose they
exist. They do work for US, don’t they?.
Meltdown is the best thing that could happen and its coming SOON and they will have
themselves to blame for the lack of confidence the public have in them and authority in
general. What we have seen in the streets of Britain and other parts of the world is not
totally unconnected to the blatant policies admitted to by Nick Pope and the MoD.
Its time for change for sure and the only guarantee of reconstruction it seems is
meltdown, and its all around us. There was always going to be a price to pay for allowing

Budd Hopkins Passes - A True Giant In His Field:

The loss of a true giant in a highly controversial field.
I liked Budd a lot and we shared many mutual friends. We had many a breakfast together in
various parts of the world, updating each other and enjoying each other’s company. Budd was
always the first to offer help to those he perceived might have had potential ET experiences
and who he felt might be harboring more than they consciously were aware - including myself.
I particularly cherished those rare occasions when others in this field like David Jacobs and
John Mack were sat at the same table. The discussions were mind blowing, the implications life
changing for individuals, even society changing for the times ahead.
Losing Budd is a major loss indeed. May he now receive the peace and amazing rewards his
efforts deserve.

Is an alien invasion imminent? The past six weeks have seen a spike in UFO sightings in
the United States, according to an organization that tracks reports of unidentified flying
objects.
The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) reports that there were 1,013 such sightings in
August, up from an average of about 500 per month nationwide.
"It's pretty exciting," Clifford Clift, the international director of MUFON, told Life's Little
Mysteries last week. "[T]hat's an interesting spike in sighting reports."
There might be several different explanations for the increase in UFO sightings,
according to Clift—an actual alien invasion is just one possibility.
Clift told Life's Little Mysteries that UFO sightings periodically increase from time to time—
when a big cluster of sightings happens in a short time, it's called a "UFO flap." One
reason for this might be a psychological phenomenon called "priming."
When popular culture is focused on UFOs, sightings of them tend to rise alongside the
increase in books, movies, and television shows about such objects, he said.
"It's likely that the media and [alien-themed] movies that are coming out, like Apollo 18
and Paul, are piquing people's interest in UFOs," Clift said.
Another possible reason for more sightings is that people are outdoors more in the
summer, focusing more eyeballs on the night sky than during other times of the year and
increasing sightings of the various objects that tend to get reported as UFOs—airplanes,
shooting stars, satellites, weather balloons, and who knows, maybe even alien spacecraft.
There also could be some duplication of sightings going on, according to MUFON. Clift
said his organization was still examining the data on UFO sighting reports from recent
weeks, with an eye towards determining if during the summer months there had been
many reports of many different objects or many reports of the same object, which could
be the case if a few objects happened to be spotted in more populated areas.

days ago and he confirmed this recent spike:
"On a related subject, I have been inundated with reports this summer, a volume that I
have not experienced in the 17 years that I’ve been doing this crazy job. Many credible
sources reported witnessing “clouds” of anomalous objects, usually self-luminous, and
usually red, orange, or yellow in color. Many such reports can be seen on our website. I
have no idea what these objects are, Colin, but they appear to have been real, and in
most cases, they appeared to act as though they were under intelligent control.
All of the above makes me wonder whether the UFO phenomenon is finally coming to a
head, and whether it will resolve sometime soon. I don’t know why I suspect that" .......snip
