Dear President Obama,
There is a growing unease by many thousands of citizens of the United States and other
countries around the world to unexplained vapour trails being observed in our skies, produced by
large unmarked aircraft flying at mid to high altitudes. These appear similar to conventional
contrails seen under certain weather conditions behind regular aircraft.
There are however different characteristics observed. For example a strange spreading effect as
if being deliberately swept and distributed across the sky at right angles to the primary axis of the
trail, eventually creating in some cases complete cloud cover from what has previously been a
clear sky.
There are reports of people getting sick under these and worse. Scientists who have analysed
materials believed to be associated with the air born spray have found them hazardous to human
and animal health.
Under the review of current military expenditures referred to in your State of The Union Address
on January 25, 2011, will you make a statement to the public about this program and its costs and
its purpose.
Can you assure the public that this project is safe and what is its purpose.
