The image above is what my contact sent me which shows a wide band ring covering many
hundreds of miles across the south west of Australia with a small dot (presumably cloud)
shown just right of center.
I checked the site several hours later and played a loop of the radar which was on the site at
that time. The radar confirmed the image above and showed the ring fading but still visible
over a period of a couple of hours. Regrettably the loop could not be saved so that I could
share it here. That loop is not now on the site but the satellite image taken at 16:30 UTC is
also very interesting. It shows a very large counter clockwise rotation over west Australia
where the mysterious large ring had appeared. It revealed a small and brief appearance of a
condensation trail formed off the coastline and from the center what had been the huge ring a
series of three small spiraling arms. These arms can be seen moving out of the area and
moving north east. This is one of those rare occasions when I could buy weather
experimentation effects or other experiments being performed by HAARP. It is hoped to receive
an explanation from the Australian Government Weather Bureau for these series of strange

My contact sent me two additional photographs taken on the 16th (15th in the USA) and
also at my request sent an inquiry to the weather observatory at Kalgoorlie and Giles in
Western Australia and received this reply:

This satellite image shows cloud cover over Australia at 1630 hrs on the 16
January, 2010 which tends to support the met office statement that there was
no weather over that area from which the radar could have been reflected.

There has been a huge interest in this report posted on January 15, 2010. I received a message from a farmer who owned land below the ring who reports exceptionally hot weather during that period, also a couple who said that they witnessed a very strange reddish haze around the sun in Sydney two days after the ring appeared in the west of the country. Two employees from the Bureau of Meteorology also e-mailed me about the ring, one suggesting that it was possibly caused by a rogue frequency transmitted close to the government installation. Here are several of the e-mails including his and my reply to him still posing a possible HAARP involvement?. I do have to say, coincidence or not, the moment I mentioned HAARP on this page, I quickly received replies from within the Australian government. At the end of the day I am not interested in creating a mystery or a new conspiracy theory, I would like to understand what caused this effect and many other similar ones over various countries in the last six years or so. Radar stations and satellite data collection has been going on now for many years but as a person who has been very interested and involved in meteorology for over forty years, I dont seem to get totally acceptable explanations for many of these rings. I do accept that incomplete radar returns, inversions and out of trim settings on the ground equipment can explain many of these BUT we might be too fast accepting this explanation for all of them. Noticed the "swept gain" attenuates the signal out, out to so many km's. The idea of AP "Anomolous Propagation" is often when there is a temperature inversion, and the radar picks up "false echoes" off the atmosphere. If the ring/s is caused by a ground based rogue transmission causing the official radar equipment to effectively send out false data or incomplete data then could it not also be possible that a similar high power transmission from HAARP facilities could also be the culprit? I don't think we can yet accept that what we have been given can be accepted as the explanation for this effect.
